We built Vault Media, an internal tool to upload images, videos, and documents to S3, copy URLs instantly, and keep the team’s storage in one place.
The challenge
We needed a secure, centralized place to store and share team assets, without relying on local folders or disconnected tools.
The Solution
We developed an internal vault with passphrase access, drag-and-drop uploads, and a session history with URLs ready to copy.

An access screen with a passphrase to protect the vault and keep media storage as an internal tool.

Drag and drop files or browse from the browser. The vault accepts images, video, and documents, with a clear limit per file.
URLs ready to copy
Each upload is logged with size, type, and date, plus a button to copy the public URL in one click.
