Focused audit of business, goals, and current stack. We define scope, priorities, and the metrics that will guide the project.
Discovery and diagnosis · Scope definition · Success metrics · Initial roadmap
Expanded public guide to CR Labz: how we work, what each service includes, technical glossary, collaboration models, deliverables, FAQs, and developer resources.
A clear path from the first conversation to launch, including what we need from you at each stage.
You do not need a perfect brief to start. You need clarity on the problem, audience, and outcome. We help organize the rest: scope, architecture, metrics, and delivery plan.
Book a call or complete the onboarding brief. We need the problem, audience, and outcome you want.
We propose scope, deliverables, recommended stack, and measurable success criteria before build starts.
We align access, channels, roles, and calendar. We define how decisions are made and how progress is reviewed.
We work in short cycles with visible progress: UX/UI, development, infrastructure, and QA.
We deploy, measure, and iterate. Ongoing support keeps the product stable and improving.
A structured three-phase method to turn complex ideas into measurable, scalable digital products.
Focused audit of business, goals, and current stack. We define scope, priorities, and the metrics that will guide the project.
Discovery and diagnosis · Scope definition · Success metrics · Initial roadmap
We move from plan to implementation: user experience, product, infrastructure, and engineering quality at every layer.
UX/UI design · Development and integrations · Cloud architecture · QA and staging
We deploy with confidence, measure real performance, and optimize continuously so the product grows with you.
Production deploy · Analytics and CRO · Observability · Continuous optimization
We prefer incremental delivery over big-bang launches. Seeing real progress reduces risk and speeds up decisions.
We document what matters: architecture, access, acceptance criteria, and decisions that affect the product’s future.
If it cannot be measured, it cannot be improved. We define KPIs before building and use them to prioritize.

Custom sites, apps, and platforms that are fast, maintainable, and ready to scale.
We build digital products with clear architecture, maintainable code, and a performance focus. From a conversion landing page to a SaaS platform with auth, dashboards, and integrations.
Typical timeline Usually 4 to 16 weeks depending on MVP complexity and scope.
Best for: Companies that need a solid digital product, not an improvised online presence.
View service pageSecure, resilient, cost-aware cloud architectures with CI/CD and observability.
We design and operate infrastructure so deploys are predictable, cost is controlled, and systems handle peaks without drama. Ideal when your product outgrew your ops.
Typical timeline Usually 3 to 10 weeks depending on migration size and maturity.
Best for: Growing teams that need stable infrastructure without operational friction.
View service pageIntelligent workflows, chatbots, and agents that free team time and scale operations.
We automate repetitive processes and integrate LLMs where they create real value: support, lead qualification, data extraction, and tool orchestration. No AI washing—only cases with clear ROI.
Typical timeline Usually 2 to 8 weeks depending on integrations and complexity.
Best for: Operations with repetitive tasks or assisted support needs at scale.
View service pageMeasurable growth through SEO, performance, analytics, and ROI-focused automation.
We connect product and acquisition. This is not decorative marketing: we build funnels, tracking, and campaigns with clear hypotheses and data readout to decide what to scale.
Typical timeline Monthly retainer or 4–8 week sprints depending on the goal.
Best for: Brands that already have a product and need real acquisition and conversion.
View service pageClear interfaces, visual systems, and experiences built to convert and strengthen brand.
We design so users understand quickly, trust, and act. We combine identity, UX, and UI into systems engineering can implement without friction.
Typical timeline Usually 3 to 10 weeks depending on brand, product, or both.
Best for: Products that need visual clarity, consistency, and a better user experience.
View service pageSpeed, tracking, and actionable data so decisions are evidence-based.
We audit and optimize live sites/apps: Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, conversion events, and dashboards. The goal is not a pretty report—it is faster, better decisions.
Typical timeline Audit in 1–2 weeks; continuous optimization in sprints.
Best for: Live sites or apps that need to measure, accelerate, and improve outcomes.
Engagement models, communication cadence, and what both sides need for the project to move without friction.
Defined scope, clear deliverables, and a target date. Ideal for a launch, redesign, or migration with known boundaries.
Dedicated monthly capacity for product, growth, or infrastructure. Ideal when the roadmap never stops.
We integrate with your internal team (product, marketing, or engineering) as an execution cell.
A decision-capable counterpart, access to tools, timely feedback, and clarity on priorities. Without that, the project slows even when the technical team is ready.
An agreed primary channel (Slack/email), weekly or biweekly check-ins, progress demos, and a short written summary of important decisions. We avoid meetings that do not unblock work.
Business-goal impact first. If “beautiful,” “fast,” and “complete” conflict, we resolve it with metrics and explicit scope—not assumptions.
Project code, designs, and access are documented and transferable per the commercial agreement. We do not build black boxes: you should be able to operate or continue the product.
Clear definitions of terms we use in proposals, delivery, marketing, and engineering.

We can lead delivery or work as an extension. We agree on branching, reviews, environments, and Definition of Done. We prefer small PRs, frequent demos, and technical decisions documented in the repo or a short ADR.
Repo access or a code export, documented environment variables (no secrets in chat), a current diagram if one exists, a list of critical integrations, and contacts who approve DNS, cloud, and analytics changes.
Typing, lint, reproducible builds, performance budgets, and production error tracking. “We will fix it later” is not a permanent strategy: debt is prioritized by impact.
Secrets out of code, HTTPS, least-privilege cloud access, backups, and review of critical dependencies. If the project handles sensitive data, we escalate that in the design from day one.
Context on the agency, our approach, principles, and how we collaborate with internal teams and partners.
A Costa Rican digital agency that unites web development, cloud infrastructure, and marketing in one execution team. We operate remotely with modern engineering standards.
We discover, design, build, and scale. Direct communication, visible progress, and clear metrics from day one. We prefer integrated systems over disconnected tools.
We are not an isolated design-only or ads-only vendor. We integrate engineering, cloud, and growth to reduce friction between teams and accelerate real outcomes.
Startups, SMBs, and internal teams that need a reliable technical partner to build, modernize, or scale their digital product without losing roadmap control.
Engineering judgment, full transparency, user-centered design, and an obsession with measurement. If something does not serve the business goal, it gets challenged.
Based in Costa Rica, with regional and international reach. We work in Spanish and English, with processes built for distributed teams.
Direct answers on timelines, pricing, stack, IP, support, and how projects start.
Project goal, audience, desired deadline, rough budget, and any technical constraints. References, analytics, or a current site help. If you do not have them, we guide you through discovery.
